Order no shipped and no reply to my contact

I've order the SoraV2 the 16 May and i'm still waiting for it to be shipped. in the shipping policy, it is said that it has to be shipped in 1-2 day...
It's the 24 May today and still no news !

Replaced my broken mouse

They were able to send me a replacement for my mouse because of a manufacturing issue. The shipping was fast and the box came very nicely packaged. Great mouse ! Love the pink shade.
