Warranty

Although we try very hard to not only provide our beloved gaming community the best gear they deserve, but also the most reliable ones they can count on, things can go wrong sometimes. And when it does we got your back. Every mouse and other products made by Ninjutso are covered by our 1-year limited free replacement warranty from the date of purchase. 

For orders purchased on our shop directly:

  1. For any product or part that may become defective within 30 days of delivery, we will offer a 100% free replacement.
  2. For any product or part that may become defective after 30 days of delivery while still within the product’s warranty period, we will offer a free replacement , you will only have to cover the shipping cost.
  3. If you’re not happy with a replacement you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For more information about returns please read ‘Shipping and Returns’.
  4. Evidence such as video or picture will have to be provided for verifying the issue.

For orders puchased from the retailer:

  1. Please conatct the seller where you purcahsed from and RMA with them.
  2. We can send out the replacement after evidence such as video or pictures provided and verified. You will have to cover the shipping cost. Duty and import fees may apply.

Note: warranty only covers defects of parts or products caused by manufacturing. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to: breakage due to abuse, improper usage, water damage, etc. Packaging damage that may be caused through shipping of goods to customer is also not covered. The warranty automatically expires when the product is opened without permission from Ninjutso.
