Refund policy

For Defective Products:
If the product you received is defective and doesn’t function normally within 30 days of purchase, we will issue the full refund of the product value without the need to return the product. We may ask you to provide evidence like video or pictures to verify. The shipping fee is not refundable. 

This covers products that don't function only. It doesn't include box damages caused by delivery, nor any other non-functions-related error. 
 
For Non-Defective Products:
If you would like to return a non-defective product for a refund, please read the following conditions before initiating a return.

  1. Products must be returned in the original packaging, unopened, and free of any surface blemishes or scratches.
  2. The return must be initiated within 30 days from when it was delivered.
  3. The RMA or Order Number must be clearly marked on the packaging.
  4. You're responsible for the shipping fees yourself. 

At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee. In particular, if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or if there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error that makes it unsellable. The shipping fee is not refundable.
 
Order Cancellation:
Order can only be canceled before fulfillment. Please contact support for the cancellation. The refunded amount to your original payment method won’t be the same as you paid as there are transaction fees lost in your payment received, generally about 4.5%. Those fees will be deducted from the refund amount. The refunded payment will take around 7 - 10 business days to arrive at your original payment account if you the payment was made through a credit card.

Orders that have been shipped can not be canceled due to the complexity of international shipping.
