Shipping policy

Shipping Destination and Methods:
To ensure that our fellow gamers receive their package in the shortest time possible with great service, we ship the product directly from our China manufacturer to almost every country in the world with  Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping only. Shipping fees and time vary from one country to another. For more information, please see below.
 
Shipping Time:
We ship our product within 1 – 2 business days with two options:
 
- Standard International Shipping          8 – 15 Working Days 
- Expedited International Shipping            3 – 8 Working Days   
 
If your package hasn’t been received after 14 days for Express, 21 days for Expedited, please contact us at support@ninjutso.com and we will help you in all the way we can.

Note: Brazil generally takes one more week as the process of customs clearing is slow.

Note: due to the impact of Covid-19, you will most likely experience shipping delays. Please be patient to wait for at least one more week if you don’t receive your package on time.

Expedited – 16.99$ ~ 29.99$
 
Duties and Fees: 
For EU and UK customers, duty and import tax are included. For other countries, you are responsible for any and all duties or fees where applicable.
