Sadly they are slower as the stock PTE feets

I'm using a xraypad aquacontrol mousepad and sadly I have problems using the glass skates on them. They are much slower then the stock feets, which I dont really understand.

A little disappointed

While waiting for this mouse skates to release I had previously replaced my glass skates with Superglides as I could not find any aftermarket glass skates for this amazing mouse. Once Ninjutso released their glass version of the mouse I was extremely excited, expecting not only a one to one fit with the mouse (which it was) but smooth traction on any mouse pad i threw it on. Here is what I found out when it was delivered. These skates are not for thicker mouse pads such as the artisan soft-xsoft, as it sits pretty flat against the pad and causes a lot of friction. Once i swapped it to a an artisan medium pad, it wasn't catching the edges as much. However, the play style of the glass skates was not what i was used to coming from the superglides. The skates were not as smooth with hand flicks and quick adjustments as it required more effort for me to swing the mouse. It was not like your traditional glass skate, where you are expecting slick transition across your mouse pad, this made the mouse that I have loved the last few months feel heavier with how much friction it had against the pad. I found my swing shots coming a little too short in comparison to the superglide glass skates, even compared to the stock skates it felt like I was having to use more force to swing the mouse. I was disappointed. Overall, I love this mouse so much, and the fit of the skates were great, I just think the chemistry of the glass skates needs a little more tuning and be a little thicker to accommodate for thicker pads, but at its current state, i would not recommend them.
